About the event
Restored and Rooted is a celebration of the Autumn Equinox—a moment in the year when day is equal to night. The equinox is an opportunity for us to look to the natural world for guidance, comfort and balance.
Begin your day with a deeply restorative Yin Yoga session led by Rachel Carstairs, who incorporates learnings from the Five Elements that represent the unique energies that are present in all things throughout nature.
As the morning unfolds, gather around our Sacred Table for a nourishing equinox-inspired lunch, where every bite is a celebration of balance and renewal.
After lunch, join Silvija Suliokaite for an intimate herb walk and tea experience. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your connection with the plants around you, tuning into the plant allies that grow in your environment and gaining a better understanding of their medicinal uses. With wisdom passed down through generations and a deep connection to her Lithuanian roots, Silvija will guide you on a journey that honours the land and nurtures your soul.
