Calm Curator Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy: Events part of the Discover series

  • Full Refund: Participants are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is made in writing via email at least 14 days before the event date.

  • Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations made between 7-13 days before the event date.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy: Bespoke Calm Curator events​

  • Partial Refund:

    • Any changes to the scope of services or event details must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit of 50% is non-refundable. 

    • In the event of cancellation by the Client, costs spent up to the date of cancellation will not be refunded.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Event Postponement

  • If the event is postponed by the organisers, participants will be given the option to either attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.

  • If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled date, they must notify the organisers within 7 days of the postponement announcement to receive a refund.
     

4. Event Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event that the organisers cancel the event, participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

  • The organisers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation).
     

5. Transfer of Tickets

  • Participants may transfer their tickets to another individual without incurring additional fees. The original ticket holder must notify the organisers of the transfer at least 3 days before the event.
     

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request and will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Any transaction fees incurred during the purchase process are non-refundable.
     

7. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of personal emergency or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), participants may request a refund. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the event organizers.
